Our factories are run to the highest manufacturing standards and we are committed to using best practice to ensure we continually improve our environmental performance and meet our legal obligations.

All of our operating sites have the relevant licenses and permits needed to carry out their operations and our quality management (ISO9001) and environmental management (ISO 14001) systems are accredited by BSI (British Standard Institutes).

We are registered with EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) for the manufacture of food contact PET Granules at our facility in Corby. We are also registered with the Environment Agency as accredited reprocessors and exporters and as such can issue both Packaging Recovery Notes (PRNs) and Packaging Export Recovery Notes (PERNs).

Jayplas seek to continually improve our environmental performance by setting clear objectives and targets within our environmental management systems and ensuring these are reviewed regularly. In offering a closed loop solution to our customers we look to minimise our impact on the environment and provide quality recycled products with a reduced carbon footprint over virgin products.
